Noah joined CLG in 2025 as Director of Operations, bringing a strong background in engineering, product management, and data analytics. He earned both his Industrial Engineering degree and master’s in Engineering Management from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Throughout his career, Noah has focused on designing efficient systems, solving complex operational challenges, and continually exploring new technologies to create lasting impact.

Originally from Northern California, Noah is passionate about travel, community, and the outdoors. Whether it’s surfing, mountain-biking, backpacking, or enjoying time with friends and family, he loves experiences that bring people together and inspire adventure.
