Kurt Ehmann is a trusted advisor, entrepreneur, and advocate for lifelong human performance and betterment. As a Partner and Financial Advisor at CLG Wealth Management, Kurt brings a unique blend of elite athletic experience and disciplined financial insight to his work helping executives, families, and athletes build sustainable wealth and navigate life’s financial transitions with confidence and purpose.

Kurt’s drive for excellence was evident early in his life. He was a professional baseball player and a top draft choice of the San Francisco Giants, pursuing his dream of elite athletic achievement at the highest levels of the sport. An untimely injury, however, brought his playing career to a close — a pivotal moment that ignited Kurt’s interest in what it takes to perform at peak levels both on and off the field. He leveraged the work ethic, resilience, and growth mindset cultivated through athletics into a new mission: coaching others toward success in all dimensions of life.

Transitioning from sports to finance was a massive mindset shifter. Kurt committed himself to understanding the mechanics of financial planning and
wealth management through some of the mistakes made with “early wealth.” His background in competitive sports has profoundly shaped his
approach to financial guidance, characterized by strategic preparation, disciplined execution, adaptability, and an unwavering focus on long-term
outcomes. Today, he helps clients identify what matters most — from retirement readiness and legacy planning to wealth preservation and the
financial education of future generations.

At CLG Wealth Management, Kurt is known for building deep, trust-based relationships with clients. He believes that wealth is more than a number —
it’s a tool that should empower people to live intentionally, perform at their best, and pursue meaningful goals. Whether he’s helping a professional
athlete prepare for life after sports or working with a business leader on multigenerational planning, Kurt’s focus remains consistent: integrate financial strategy with personal purpose and performance mindset.

Beyond his professional roles, Kurt is passionate about human performance, resilience, and personal growth. He regularly speaks on how the principles of elite athletics — such as focus under pressure, goal setting, and recovery from setbacks — translate to financial decision-making and life planning. This holistic view distinguishes his practice and resonates with clients seeking guidance that honors both their financial goals and life ambitions.

Kurt lives and works in Southern California, where he enjoys staying active, mentoring young professionals, and continuing to explore the intersections
of wellness, performance psychology, and financial confidence. Kurt is sustained by his true light, Sarah and wonderful sons, Jake and Owen.
